Prayer flags in Sikkim.

In this unit, you will receive an introduction to specialized verbs of possession and necessity. You will also study the purposive-beneficial and originative cases, and first person pronouns.

This unit follows the presentation of these topics found in Chapter 14 of Translating Buddhism from Tibetan. Study that chapter carefully. Then, watch the lecture presentation below, memorize the chapter's vocabulary using Quizlet, practice the unit's exercises below, and use the reading sample below to work on your pronounciation.

When you have completed each part, go to the My Progress page and let the instructor know you have completed your work; you can also provide feedback to the instructor on how your work is going.
